tried many things,pruning, lots of sunshine, ect.I have a meyer lemon tree that is 6 yrs old and have yet to get it to bloom. help!?
I used an orchids fertilizers on mine and it worked. Don't over pruned your tree otherwise it keeps on giving you new shots without flowering. The older the branches are the more chances you will have flowers to come out.I have a meyer lemon tree that is 6 yrs old and have yet to get it to bloom. help!?
Many fruit trees do not begin to fruit well until the age of about 8 years. A high phosphorus fertilizer (where the middle number on the fertilizer bag is about twice the first number, like 10-20-10) will encourage any plant to bloom more (and therefore to fruit more as well).
