Rapeseed crops: When this is in full bloom Mother - In - Law gets very chesty and her asthma is bad ... Does?

anyone else have this problem?Rapeseed crops: When this is in full bloom Mother - In - Law gets very chesty and her asthma is bad ... Does?
It's got a very high pollen count and is used by ';some';, farmers to limit access to their land.

Normally I don't mind it, but on a hot still summers day it is lethal - everybody has trouble breathing and if you suffer asthma or hay fever you shouldn't be within a mile of it.Rapeseed crops: When this is in full bloom Mother - In - Law gets very chesty and her asthma is bad ... Does?
Hi,

My wife never suffered from hay fever until we bought a house next to a pare seed field. She was bad all through the flowering period. After the flowers had died back, she was fine. We moved again after two years, and she has never suffered again.
lots of people react badly to it, even people that don't normally get hay fever or asthma. i once walked thru a field of it and lost my coat as it was tied round my waist, i then spent hours in it trying to find my coat, but i didn't react to it at all, some people do and others don't
just asked a similar question - will be keepimg an eye on your answers
