Which red flowers can still bloom in the winter? ?

I am rebuilding my back yard, and looking for short red flowers, no more than 15'; tall, that can still bloom in the winter. Also, where can I get these if it exists? Home Depot or Lowe's?

Winter? As in snow and below freezing temperatures?





Silk or plastic will bloom in the winter.





Or ones that you have in a pot inside your house.





If you live in a place where ';winter'; doesn't necessarily mean freezing temperatures...pansies can take light frosts and still bloom. And if you're willing to go into the purple spectrum, purple flowering kale or cabbage will look good past frost.
