Do pink oleanders bloom every year?

I planted some last year about this time while they were in bloom but there are no blooms this year.Do pink oleanders bloom every year?
I have 6 in the front yard as a border and they bloom annually and are in bloom presently. BUT, I have 2 in the back yard and neither bloom annually and in fact haven't done so yet this year OR last year either.Do pink oleanders bloom every year?
They SHOULD bloom every year. Sometimes young plants (just planted last year) may not bloom right away. One thing you can try is a fertilizer with high Phosphorous (middle number), such as Fertilome Blooming and Rooting 9-59-8 water soluble fertilizer. This will help force flowers.
