Why won't my hydrangea plant bloom?

Pruning after August will do it. I would not prune them at all this year...............


Lack of sun will also do it. I have some in total shade and had to move them and then they bloomed.


Morning sun is best as the hot afternoon sun will make them wilt and use more water
