Which perennials bloom in January - March?

I live in Maryland. Which perennials bloom in late winter, early spring? I have full sun in the winter.Which perennials bloom in January - March?
hellebore bloom in late winter and early spring. They are beautiful and there are many different species. They are sometimes called ';christmas rose'; They prefer shade though so you should plant them in a spot atleast semi shady.

I have a bunch of different kinds myself.


Also, muscari, or ';grape hyacinth'; and spring crocus' bloom early.


And for shrubs, Camelias bloom in wintertime.Which perennials bloom in January - March?
no perennials that i know of, but a really nice subtropical shrub is a camellia





also known as a tea plant, this family of plants has 100s of verieties, some flowers the are white, some red, some white and red, and even a few yellow





the flowers can be double, semi double, or single





bloom time for most are in febuary to april, but some bloom again in early winter, or all of fall.





the leaves are evergreen, and glossy. put out about half a foot of growth in may
